Refunds and Returns

We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return, please email for a return shipping label.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We can only accept returns for products directly purchased through We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.

Report Order Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact us at and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Order Status

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 4:00PM PST will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Expect 1-2 business days for processing). We use a variety of standard shipping carriers. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands can take 4-6 additional days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your subscription dashboard. From within the subscription dashboard, simply click "Cancel Subscription" to cancel it.
